We have designed a new iPad app for the Sales team at Jabra, that supports the sales process as well as different sales methods.
We have been working with Jabra designing a new experience for their Sales team.
Usable Machine has collaborated with Greener Pastures in designing an iPad application for Jabra that supports and enhances their sales process.
Through a series of user-centric workshops we have analyzed the users by identifying their characteristics, sales methods and need for support. On this basis we have created a user experience design that supports several different types of sales people and sales situations.
By creating a simple and intuitive design, we have aimed at a making the iPad a helpful support for the verbal dialogue going on at the sales meeting. And by using rich content like images, sound and video, we have used the strenghts of the platform to improve the interaction between customer and sales person.
