Oticon was about to develop a new internal tool for managing content in their numerous product catalogs around the world.
Usable Machine helped by designing the tool with a sharp focus on usability and flexibility. We created an interactive prototype that visualized the new tool and ended up as a central player in many discussion about what the tool should do.
First, we completed a number og interviews with catalog managers from several contries to hear their wishes and needs. Then we created an interactive prototype and tested it with different potential users at Oticon. This helped us discover what worked well and what didn't.
