We have designed a new user experience for the business customers of 3, a major telephone company in Denmark.
The tool lets the customer manage his company's spending on tele and data. It gives a quick overview of the current state and the option to dig into the data and get to the detailed view. The purpose is to make the customer aware of all unexpected events and give them complete control over their spendings.
The project included:
- Initial customer/user analysis with personas, workflow analysis and prioritization
- Iterative design process in close collaboration with the client
- Usability test with expert users in order to prevent any usability issues in the final UX Design
